4.3 Account credentials — including password and any two-factor authentication codes — must be kept strictly confidential. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
5.1 ngame11 accepts deposits via the following methods, subject to availability in the Player's region: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and selected cryptocurrency networks (Bitcoin/BTC, Ethereum/ETH, Tether/USDT, Litecoin/LTC). 5.2 All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in the Player's own name. ngame11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits originating from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.
5.3 Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as displayed in the Cashier section of the platform. These limits are subject to change without prior notice.
5.4 Deposits made in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) are accepted through local payment channels. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing rate at the time of credit. ngame11 is not liable for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit initiation and credit.
5.5 ngame11 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or payment processor may apply their own transaction fees. Players are encouraged to check with their payment provider prior to depositing.
6.1 Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification and whose account is in good standing. Outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds must be fully satisfied before the corresponding winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

8.1 All game outcomes on the ngame11 platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software that has been independently tested and verified for fairness. Published RTP percentages reflect long-run theoretical returns and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
8.2 Sports betting markets are subject to individual market rules applicable to each sport and competition. 12.3 Where liability cannot be excluded entirely by law, ngame11's aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 ngame11 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that these Terms have been breached, prohibited conduct has occurred, or continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players.
13.2 Upon permanent account closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding bonus funds and winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance checks.
13.3 Players may close their own accounts at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests related to responsible gambling will be treated as self-exclusion requests and processed immediately.
